Let me formally introduce our Lily. She was a stray that came from a shelter in Quebec. They think she is approximately 7 years old and is a Miniature Pinscher. This picture was taken yesterday at our vet office where Lily spent the day having a glucose curve. Sheba’s Haven has always had one spot reserved for a diabetic dog. Since we lost Maxi before Christmas it has been empty but now filled with this sweetheart.The diabetes has made her blind but that does not stop her exploring the yard and house. She is fearless!
